För fjärde året i rad erbjuder Skap låtskrivare som är kvinnor eller icke-binära ett unikt låtskrivarcamp med skandinaviska kollegor i Köpenhamn 28 oktober till 1 november 2024.

I samarbete med vår danska systerorganisation Autor erbjuder vi plats till fyra låtskrivare från Sverige att tillsammans med kollegor från Danmark och Norge skriva och producera musik till tre artister, bland andra Alexander Oscar och Iris Gold från Danmark.

Kostnad: Campet är kostnadsfritt. Resa, boende och lunch ingår. Du bokar din resa själv och Skap ersätter dig vid inskickat kvitto.

Du måste ta med egen bärbar dator, hörlurar och ytterligare saker du kan behöva för att skriva. Det finns ett brett utbud av instrument i studiorna. Innan lägret börjar kommer det att vara ett obligatoriskt online-introduktionsmöte.

We Make Music – Open Call

This October the Danish songwriter and composer association ’Autor’ is hosting the writing camp ’We Make Music’ for women and gender minorities who write and produce music professionally for other artists. There are 12 spots on this year’s camp divided between Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Joining us on the camp is a select handful of artists. This year we have Alexander Oscar (DK) and Iris Gold (DK) on board and we will soon have one more artists confirmed. There will be great potential to cut a song with and form a relation to some very exciting artists.

The writing teams will be put together from day to day with at least two nationalities represented on each team. This camp is truly a unique opportunity to strengthen your international network.

Project manager, songwriter Nanna Bottos is in charge of putting teams together and she will be present the entire week.

We Make Music is for people who
●      are women or belong to a gender minority.
●      produce, write or topline for other artists.
●      want to expand their network with other professional music creators from Scandinavia.

Cost: Most costs including lunch everyday will be covered by Autor through Koda’s cultural funds; Koda Kultur and your local songwriter and composers organization.

You need to bring your own laptop, headphones and additional things you might need for writing. There are a wide range of instruments at the studios. When we are closer to beginning of the camp, we’ll have an online intro meeting, you will be required to participate in.

We recommend you apply well in advance of the deadline August 20th, to have time for technical assistance, should you need it. You can start the application, close it and come back to it later without deleting your answers. Answers to the applicants will be sent no later than September 1st.

The participants will be chosen based on the quality of the songs they include, how well they match with the artists on the camp and how we can make the best teams.
