AI as a Project Partner – A 2-hour webinar on workflow and smart use of AI

AI doesn’t need to be complicated – and it doesn’t need to replace creativity. In this webinar, Simon Dilling will focus on AI as a practical project partner: a tool that helps structure work, solve recurring challenges, and support decision-making in complex workflows.

This is not a technical deep dive. Instead, we explore how to think about AI, how to integrate it naturally into existing ways of working, and how it can support tasks that usually demand human intelligence – planning, prioritizing, sense-making, and problem-solving.

Simon will share concrete examples from his own work, showing how he uses AI to manage projects, explore options, reduce friction, and uncover new opportunities – without turning it into a creative production machine. We’ll look at a small selection of tools and platforms that help you stay oriented in the fast-moving AI landscape, always with a focus on real-world application rather than features.

Where possible, the session may include a light workshop element, where participants work with their own challenges and identify meaningful AI use cases – no paid AI licenses required.

The workshop is free of charge and held in English. Drivkraft is created by the Danish organization Autor in collaboration with Skap (Sweden), NOPA (Norway), and BAM (The Netherlands).

Simon Dilling holds a BA in Music Management and works at the intersection of technology, people, and complex projects. He has been exploring AI since around 2016. He is the founder of ColliderScopeCollective, a management-first publishing company and label, and works as a Business Developer at AIMS API, a B2B company built around an ethical AI algorithm. Simon’s work focuses on identifying use cases and developing AI-supported solutions to concrete industry problems.
